Chatham Paper prepares, packages & ships your order Monday thru Friday from our studio in New Jersey.

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are prepped and packed within 2–3 business days before the ship date.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship all domestic orders via USPS and UPS. All shipping costs are based solely on weight and destination. If your order is time sensitive, we strongly encourage you to select a UPS shipping method for a guaranteed arrival date or email info@chathampaper.com for further assistance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note international orders have extended delivery times and all orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. Chatham Paper is not associated with these fees and cannot predict what they will be on the receiving end of the shipment. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

RETURNS

All orders are non-refundable unless your items arrive damaged or we accidentally sent you the wrong item. Please contact us at info@chathampaper.com within 7 days of receiving your order if an item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item. We will be happy to offer a replacement item. 

If your package was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please take the following steps

Check with neighbors to see if the package was left there.
Reach out to your local post office or UPS / FedEx facility.
    Please note, once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for it. At that point, it is the responsibility of the carrier. All lost / stolen package claims must be handled with them directly at the links below:

    Please make sure the shipping address you use is USPS verified. We cannot refund shipping on unverified addresses should your package be returned to us. Should this occur, we will contact you via email for a corrected address & additional shipping costs will be billed to you. We are not responsible for lost packages that do not have USPS verified addresses. All shipping charges are per address. If you are shipping to multiple addresses, each order must be placed separately.

    Once we receive the product, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on your card, please be advised that shipping costs are non-refundable.  Sale items or personalized items are final sale.

    Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.
