Your files will be available to download once personalization is completed and payment is confirmed. A PDF will be emailed to you using the email address associated with your Etsy account.
TURNAROUND TIMES:
We try to be as fast as possible. Printables are emailed within 2 business days of purchase (M-F).
POLICIES
We do not accept cancellations. Personalized items cannot be returned. For returns and exchanges, please contact me within 5 days of delivery of your purchase. All items must be returned within 10 days of delivery for return or exchange, and must be in the original condition. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping charges.
